Clean asparagus and wash in cooking pan and drain water off.
In same cooking pan, add water to cover asparagus. Take out asparagus.
Put pan with "measured" water on stove to fast boil.
When boiling, add asparagus for 30 SECONDS -
Immediately remove asparagus to ICE water.
Cool asparagus in ICED water.
Marinate in Sesame oil & soy sauce to taste for 2 HOURS.
When serving, add sesame seeds to top.
